Sumitra Foundation is a leading self-help organization of Central India established by a group of philanthropists in the year 1998 with its head office at Gwalior, MP and registered with the Government of MP vide Regn. No. 5312 u/s 44 of MP Society Regn. Act 1973.

MISSION STATEMENT:

The Sumitra Foundation is led by a group of philanthropists who recognise the need for collective intervention to develope selected segments of society through intellectual and financial support with the aim of creating a balanced growth towards a values-driven society. The foundation aims at providing catalytic support programs to aid people with knowledge and training to shape up their career, caliber, skills in various domains. Encouragement, inculcation of values, integrity and self discipline are central to the mission of the foundation.


GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:

The institutional goals of the foundation provide a broad framework for advancing its mission. The primary goal of the foundation is to provide an academic environment that fosters application-based learning. To achieve this goal, the foundation has set up academic institutions in various disciplines in order to develop positively charged personalities that contribute to the society thus setting a chain reaction. The Foundation aims to aide to the creation of a platform for producing catalytic changes for the betterment of society.
